Spiritual Psychology

The essence of Spiritual Psychology is the belief that we are divine beings having a human experience.  We frequently forget that we are a small part of a larger whole.  Many of us need help remembering how to access our light.

According to Spiritual Psychology, when we are triggered by others, or go into “I’m upset because,” it generally is because we are judging the other, and in turn, we are judging the part of ourselves that either does the same thing, or is capable of doing the same thing under extremely adverse circumstances (for example, if we had a genetic propensity and/or had been subject to extreme abuse).

Spiritual Psychology assists the client in coming to a place of wholeness rather than separation.  Self-acceptance and self-love are the basis for this approach.
